WorkForce Software, the leading cloud-based provider of enterprise workforce management solutions, today shared details from Vision 2015, the company’s most recent user conference. The event, which took place at the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, provided hundreds of HR, payroll, IT, operations and finance executives and practitioners with the opportunity to learn about the company’s latest offerings, meet with industry experts and share best practices.
WorkForce Software’s expanding partner network was also on display, as Vision 2015 featured more than a dozen sponsors and presenters, including Gold Sponsors SuccessFactors, an SAP Company, EPI-USE, Benefitfocus, Workforce Insight and The Glasshouse Report.
Among the highlights of the conference was the debut of EmpCenter® 15.1, the latest iteration of WorkForce Software’s award-winning workforce management suite. Attendees got to see firsthand the advanced capabilities of this new release, such as a library of new key performance indicators, an enhanced user interface featuring employee photos and easily accessible employee information, and advanced data capture through the newly introduced EmpCenter 4000 time clock solution.
In addition, WorkForce Software launched a new initiative during the conference, a first-of-its-kind Compliance Guarantee. Through this pledge, which no other workforce management vendor offers, WorkForce Software will reimburse a covered client for fines stemming from an incorrect calculation of a covered regulation that EmpCenter manages and WorkForce Software certifies. The Compliance Guarantee is first available with EmpCenter 15.1, which offers the most extensive regulatory coverage to date, combined with seamless SaaS updates to ensure that employers stay current with ever-changing laws.
