Comindware is a global enterprise software company that delivers innovative business operations management solutions and enables performance and efficiency optimization. The company provides cloud-based work management solutions for the enterprise.
Headquartered in Boston, MA, the privately-held company does not disclose its revenue figures.
Established in 2010, Comindware offers a comprehensive suite of solutions for management of any kind of enterprise data and operations, which is fully supported by consulting, integration, and implementation services that are ready to deploy on premise and the cloud. The company enhances individual, team, and corporate performance to ensure client success.
Business Operations Management Suite
In addition to its existing enterprise work management solutions portfolio, Comindware recently announced the launch of its next-generation enterprise Business Operations Management Suite, which is designed to provide innovative solutions for business process, project, and case management capabilities. The new suite is based on a configurable and scalable foundation for business applications built to aid business and IT users.
“Comindware Business Operations Management suite is a combination of seamlessly pre-integrated process, project, case, and task management business applications built on top of a solid foundation—the Comindware Platform—enabling unmatched system flexibility and extensibility,” says Max Tsypliaev, CEO, Comindware Inc.
He explains that the suite provides intuitive and standards-based tools for both business and IT users and enables the management of any type of business operations and data encountered in companies of any maturity or size.
The Comindware suite features a functional and context-aware social collaboration environment, Comindware Team Network, which supports a full set of social network capabilities required for daily communication in the workspace.
The solutions leverages a single, platform-based architecture and the digital-first process optimization approach. Due to its executable enterprise architecture and pre-configured business objects, the Comindware suite helps simplify system set up and configuration for business users.
Tsypliaev says the suite has evolved organically from workflow and project management solutions and ensures full product pre-integration, unified data, and resource management for a unified user interface.
“Comindware supports cloud, on premise, and hybrid development options. The solution configuration and customer data is managed through meta data, which ensures easy transition among deployment options. The cloud and on premise solutions share the same product code, which ensures fault-free upgrades in cost of simulations cloud and on premise options use,” he explains.
The Comindware Suite components include Comindware Process, a business process management software allowing to automate, manage, and optimize complex, interconnected business operations in a typical mid to large corporate environment; Comindware Tracker is a workflow automation system that allows management and optimization of typical workflows coupled with comprehensive management and social collaboration; Comindware Project, an innovative project and resource management tool that simplifies project planning for project managers and facilitates execution for team members; Comindware Platform, a robust foundation for developing, launching, and maintaining business applications of any nature and complexity; and Comindware Services, a comprehensive set of consulting, solution delivery and support, and maintenance services.
The suite is designed to fill work management gaps in mid to large businesses and address challenges of disintegrated data and resource management, the lack of pre-integrated process, project, and case management, and the lack of unified social collaboration available in context of work. “This way target implementation cases include traditional Microsoft Excel and Outlook-based task and workflow management solutions as well as cross-domain customer relations management and enterprise resource management planner stacks,” says Tsypliaev.
