Enterprise Connect, the leading conference and exhibition for enterprise communications and collaboration, today announces that Pasquale DeMaio, General Manager of Amazon Connect, and Lori Wright, General Manager of Microsoft Teams and Skype Marketing, will deliver Keynote addresses at its 2019 event.
Enterprise Connect 2019 will take place March 18-21 at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, FL.

Pasquale DeMaio, General Manager, Amazon Connect
DeMaio is the General Manager of Amazon Connect, a self-service, cloud-based contact center based on the same technology used by Amazon customer service associates around the world to power millions of customer conversations. Two years ago, DeMaio led the effort to bring Amazon Connect from an Amazon-wide customer service tool to a publicly available Service from AWS. He has 20 years of experience in delivering world-class B2B and B2C products. Prior to Amazon Connect, DeMaio worked on machine learning, augmented reality, maps and mobile. His specialties include customer experience, user experience and technology innovation.
Lori Wright, General Manager, Microsoft Teams and Skype Marketing
Wright is the General Manager of Microsoft Teams and Skype Marketing, focusing on modern workplace collaboration. Wright developed her business expertise and signature style of leadership through previous executive roles, including Chief Marketing Officer positions at BlueJeans Network and TIBCO. Before joining TIBCO, she served as Vice President at Symantec overseeing the $2B worldwide e-commerce sales of Norton software. Wright held executive positions within Symantec’s Cloud and Enterprise divisions over her 11-year tenure, beginning at VERITAS Software in 2001, prior to its $13B acquisition by Symantec—the largest software acquisition in history at the time.
