DivvyCloud, enabling today’s multi and hybrid-cloud strategies with its Cloud Management Technology, has added Microsoft Azure to its portfolio of supported Clouds. The addition of Azure showcases DivvyCloud’s breadth and depth as an agnostic cloud management technology bringing automation, security, and agility to today’s dynamic cloud landscape. DivvyCloud already supports Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, OpenStack, Rackspace and VMware among other leading public and private cloud technologies.
DivvyCloud release 15.5 includes support via Azure’s native API for complete instance lifecycle management, network security groups, Azure SQL Database-as-a-Service (DbaaS), networks and volumes. “With Microsoft Azure’s market growth, exciting new features and vision for hybrid-cloud strategies, many customers are moving, or planning to move workloads into Azure,” said Peter Scott, Chief Strategy Officer at DivvyCloud. “Our ability to enable event-driven infrastructure automation now encompass resources deployed within Microsoft Azure.”
DivvyCloud software is built from the ground up to support multiple public and private cloud technologies, effectively simplifying what is becoming an increasingly fragmented, costly and risky cloud footprint for many organizations.
