Kaseya, the leading provider of complete IT management solutions for managed service providers (MSPs) and mid-market enterprises (MME), today announced added security measures and new enhancements to its unified cloud management platform, Unigma by Kaseya. New in the latest release of Unigma are seamless Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services (AWS) billing integrations with professional services automation (PSA) solutions from Kaseya, ConnectWise and Autotask. Additionally, Unigma is now fully integrated with AuthAnvil for secure single sign-on via Kaseya’s powerful identity and access management solution.
Unigma will be showcased this week at Kaseya’s second annual European user conference, Kaseya Connect Europe, taking place October 3-5 in Amsterdam.
Unigma, part of the Kaseya IT Complete platform, is an industry-leading solution that enables IT organizations around the world to simplify, automate and secure their workloads in AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google clouds. With Unigma, MSPs and enterprises can automate routine tasks and optimize cost management through detailed cloud utilization analysis.
The addition of Kaseya, ConnectWise and Autotask PSA solutions to Unigma’s billing integrations portfolio means MSPs can now automate billing, improve efficiency, and capture more revenue by seamlessly pushing invoices directly through their PSA solutions. Users can integrate end-client accounts and set up billing, so that every month, client bills are automatically added to their PSA instance with the correct pricing, quantities and discounts. This enhancement enables MSPs to capture higher Office 365 reseller margins by meeting the requirements of Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program and eliminates the manual reconciliation behind an MSP’s cloud services – saving MSPs tens of thousands of dollars in labor hours by automating recurring billing.
With security being a highlight in this new platform release, in addition to the AuthAnvil integration, Unigma is now also enabled for Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD). Users can now easily integrate with Azure AD via an enabled OpenID-based single sign-on, adding even more protection and visibility within Azure.
“It’s become clear that MSPs need to leverage public cloud infrastructure and services like Office 365 to properly manage their clients’ IT needs. With that said, monitoring, managing and billing for cloud services can be time consuming for MSPs who are desperately trying to maximize margins in the changing IT services landscape. Unigma delivers the cloud automation every MSP needs to grow their top and bottom lines,” said Jim Lippie, general manager of cloud computing at Kaseya.
Unigma by Kaseya has three distinct modules that enable MSPs to:
• Monitor and manage public cloud infrastructure;
• Analyze and optimize costs associated with public cloud infrastructure;
• Automate billing through detailed customer usage reports that allow for more effective customer invoicing based on individual utilization
