CipherLoc Corporation (OTCQB:CLOK), a leading provider of Digital Cyber Security solutions (CipherLoc(c)) announced today that it has entered into a Value Added Reseller Agreement with Security Identification Systems Corporation with offices at 3595 Fiscal Court, West Palm Beach, FL 33404.
Per the Agreement, SISCO will provide professional business services and representation for CipherLoc(c) solutions to current and future SISCO customers.
The much-anticipated collaboration between the two companies is off to a good start, according to Michael DeLaGarza, CEO of CipherLoc(c). “The goal is to further establish partnerships and sales channels for CipherLoc(c) products and service to help nationalize our reach and presence in the various digital computer security industries.”
The consultant agreement signed on July 30, 2015 between CipherLoc(c) and Security Identification Systems will assist CipherLoc with the development and distribution of CipherLoc(c) solutions to one of the major providers in the digital computer security industry.
